Cloudflare has identified their service as the source of this problem and are implementing a fix.

Update
This outage coincides with widespread reports of trouble among large cloud services. We anticipate that they will resolve this issue upstream, but are making arrangements to reroute 4Schools applications in case this outage becomes protracted.
